Broker's Comments

The Beneteau 31 has a sleek hull designed and developed for speed and balance. This example was fitted with a shallow iron keel, giving her a draught of a little over four feet. The cockpit is a good size with two large storage areas and a unique lifting propane and storage locker.
The wheel pedestal is fitted with an 8.4" wide chartplotter, and the wheel itself is sheathed in leather.
Down below, the spacious accommodation has the benefit of Beneteau's Exclusive Version fit out, with glossy wood floors and Dynamic Blue upholstery in the saloon, including a large folding saloon table.
A spacious galley with double sinks, large capacity icebox and Eno cooker with oven and grill all fits nicely to port.
This boat has had little use, but has been fully maintained by her owner from new.
The berth cushions have never been slept on, and are still in their original wrappings.
The boat as a whole is in very good condition for her age, and has had only light use. She also benefits from a diesel hot air heating system.
