Broker's Comments

This is a lovely light and airy boat that is perfect as a live aboard or cruiser, with the option of a residential mooring. She was blacked 3 years ago so due for blacking again soon. BSC for the next 4 years.

Walking down through the stern you come into the second cabin which converts into a double bed or can be used as a dinette or seating area as it gets the sun through the large open hatch on a nice day. There is plenty of storage under the seats and easy access to the engine and batteries from here. There is also a small radiator.
Then you go through and on the left is a cupboard with a slimline Bosch washing machine and the bathroom is on the right hand side with a tiled half bath and shower, basin, cassette toilet and radiator.

Next is the main double bedroom fitted with a nice heavy set wooden bed with plenty of storage space under the bed, double wardrobe, TV, radiator and drawer unit.

You then move down into the large open plan galley and saloon area. The galley has plenty of cupboard space, large 12 volt fridge freezer and cooker. The saloon area has two comfortable stylish chairs, radiator, Samsung TV and a very useful Artel Pellet Stove for instant heat. The forward doors take you out into the cratch area.
