Broker's Comments

This fabulous 50ft Souter stands out on the marina. Fine, classic lines and high, spacious aft deck lead to a comfortable, light and airy saloon, which has been fitted as a live-aboard, complete with stove.

A compact, well-equipped galley is to starboard and the original helm position was top port (this could be restored without too much difficulty all cables and wiring is behind the bulkhead).

Below, there is plenty of room in the master with en-suite and two further cabins, as well as separate second heads compartment. Although used as a live-aboard, she does put to sea and is more than adequately powered by two well maintained Cummins diesels.

Her current owners have spent a lot of time and effort renovating many aspects of this craft and, at a very competitive price, she is well worth taking a closer look at. She has just gone back in the water after a full clean, anti-foul and repaint.

Hi, how long has this boat been on the market?

Hi Boglarka, that's the forepeak quarters, currently used as tool storage (why I didn't photograph it!) It's a spacious twin v-berth.

Can I know what is behind the door at the end of the corridor please?

Boglarka H2019-04-09 10:52:37

The main pics of the blue are current. Didn't have chance to re-do the videos!

Paul W2018-02-13 21:50:16

Slightly confused with the pictures and video what is the current colour?
