Broker's Comments
In her present ownership for more than 20 years, this First 405 has been meticulously maintained by a very competent and professional skipper. She is fitted with all the usual electronic nav-aids which are deemed essential these days and is capable of some serious offshore cruising. The First 405 was conceived as a racer first and foremost, yet she provides comfortable accommodation for her crew. As well as holding her own when club racing she would also make a fine cruising yacht for family and friends with her forward double and two aft double cabins, all with en-suite facilities. She is well maintained, well equipped and in my not so humble opinion she is a bit of a beauty!
