Broker's Comments

We were very impressed by the standard of presentation of this lovely Piper wide beam barge when climbing aboard. She truly is a very luxurious apartment afloat. Just 18 months from new, if you are looking to live on the water look no further.

Built only in 2011 she seems as new. A great live aboard or holiday home and ready to sail away

We would recommend an early viewing as cant imagine she won’t be snapped up quickly

The owner says:
I do like the easy way that she manoeuvres, so easy to handle in tight spaces. She is also very stable, her beamy dimensions give great steadiness even in coastal waters. She has been sailed up the west coast to Inverness and back, with no problems at all.
We both like the community spirit that exists in people who live on the canals, it is quite unique. She has a lot of living space and together with her ample storage space she makes a very comfortable home. The fact that She can be sailed / transported around the country, even to France /Europe makes for a home that can make dreams come true.
