Broker's Comments
IMMEDIATE VIEWING HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
In my opinion, this is the most immaculate Bavaria 31 I have stepped on in many years. She is in pristine condition both inside and out.
She has had very little use over the last two owners which has been compounded by the pandemic where she has remained on the hard standing for the last 18 months.
She is the deep keel model which affords her excellent sailing performance and is a very capable coastal and offshore cruiser.
She is set up for single handed sailing but her deep and roomy cockpit also allows plenty of space for a full compliment of crew.
She was last surveyed on the 30th March 2016.
As can be seen from the pictures, the yacht is fitted with a radar system, and historically it worked, but the owner recently started it up and it did not respond so they felt it best to remove it from the listing.
The sprayhood was fully overhauled by a marine upholsterer in 2020.
Please contact me ASAP for an early viewing as she won't be around for long!
