Broker's Comments

This yacht neatly stored in a field, derigged and winterised. The rig was neatly stored alongside the yacht. This is a tidy yacht with a clean topsides and outer bottom.

Listening to the vendor it soon became clear much had been invested in this yacht during the current period of ownership. Recent upgrades include:
Mainsail renewed 2018
Headsail renewed 2009
Running backstays 2023
Sailomat windvane
Airmarine Wind generator
Main engine renewed 2006
Outer bottom cleaned and prepared including primer ready for antifouling 2023

Having spent a good period of time onboard my overall impression is that this is a cared-for and maintained yacht, albeit a yacht of some forty years old. Thanks to its clever design and mindful owner it still looks contemporary for its age.

Overall, this is a well presented yacht which appears to be clean and tidy throughout and in some way may indicate the care it has received over the years. It has done, by all accounts, numerous trips to Ireland from Cornwall and back. I would recommend a good look at the details etc. found on the Boatshed Cornwall website if you are looking for something capable at the thirty footer range.
