Broker's Comments

This stunning steel cutter, custom built in New Zealand to an Alan Mummery design is intended to cross oceans. She's circumnavigated twice already and is in full commission and raring to go around again.

Her current owner often sails her singlehanded although she can carry six in comfort and would be more than adequate for a family to liveaboard for extended cruising . Her safety equipment is all ARC spec or higher and she is fully equipped

Having completed a few ocean crossings myself I walked around her with a critical eye but struggled to find much I didn't like! She feels safe and solid, from the heavy duty 'granny bars' at the mast (which has steps to the head) to the cockpit with a doghouse to stay out of the elements whilst still maintaining vision everything on deck is designed to do it's job.

Below she has everything to keep you as self-sufficient as you could want to be, right down to the workbench with an inbuilt vice and practical storage. Somehow though she still retains a spacious and open feel to her making her also nice as a coastal family cruiser if long distance is not your thing. You'll always get back, regardless of the weather and have a lot of fun doing so
