Broker's Comments
This beautiful steel yacht designed with Van de Stadt's four fundamental principles of speed, comfort, safety & quality has stood well against the test of time & her passage's across the sea's.
Since this vessel was sailed back from Greece in 2015, she has undergone a busy refurbishment period which has bought her up to her much better present condition. The owner continues to work on her and has just fitted a new galley, atmospheric lighting in the saloon & galley and added floor insulation & carpet in the saloon.
She is in an ideal position (a working boat yard) for this refurbishment programme to continue, if required, ashore or back in the water. Either way she provides lots of living space on-board.
This vessel also comes with a whole range of extras and expensive equipment including many spares, tools, power tools, a MIG welder and an onsite caravan should you decide not to live on board initially.
The reluctant sale, due to a change in personal circumstances, provides an excellent opportunity for a keen sailing enthusiast to take on this fantastic yacht.
