Broker's Comments

This Warrior 165, the UK's most popular trailed angling boat, was built in 2009 and the handful of her owners since new have clearly looked after her, evident by her great condition as per the extensive photographs we have taken (all photos/videos taken October 2024).

Powered by a Mercury 60HP main outboard engine, and complete with factory fitted Smarttabs, she has also has a Honda 5HP outboard engine fitted to port, ideal for slow trolling when fishing, and provides a useful safety backup to the main Mercury.

Warrior performance is renowned in the industry, fusing speed with excellent manoeuvrability, able to turn at high speed without heel or side slip, and her bow flare makes slamming and spray over the cabin a thing of the past!

This particular Warrior was factory fitted with a wealth of 'optional extras' from the standard model, including stainless steel bridge with nav lights, wheelhouse and side deck grab rails, rod holders (4 aft, 1 P&S), keel band, aft Z-step ladder, smart tabs, internal storage racks, and various watertight storage lockers/bins.

Since then, the addition of the Honda slow troll outboard, a really useful folding side ladder (which can be quickly and easily mounted port or starboard for easy over-side access) as well as Garmin navionics and DSC VHF have added to her value and spec.

Completing the package is the custom built SBS rollercoaster trailer (re-certified in 2016) with an S5000 Superwinch, making launch and recovery an easy task.
This Warrior 165 is ready to drive away, launch and go fishing!

She has only been in the water once in the last two years as the current owner hasn't had the time to use her and why he has reluctantly decided to sell. She has been kept in dry storage by the current owner, and the boat, outboards and trailer have been regularly maintained.

Overall, a really well spec'd, maintained and cared for example of the ever popular 165 from the renowned UK boat builder, Warrior.
