Broker's Comments
The Elizabeth 30 is a classic David Thomas design of the 1970s. She has proven sea keeping qualities and it is significant that the designer himself bought one when he retired as it was easy for him to handle.
This example has a stacker pack mainsail with slab reefing and a roller headsail. She has been fitted with a 30hp engine, which will enable her to deal with the most vicious tides or headwinds.
The interior has been upgraded with new headlinings and carpets. She sleeps 4 in comfort with a double berth in the forward cabin and 2 settee berths in the main saloon.
She is a good looking boat and the owner has spent a lot of money in updating her.
The hull has a good finish but the coach roof and cockpit would require repainting for a better look but this is only cosmetic.
