This Jeanneau Sun Odyssey was built using the traditional and labour intensive method of fiberglass encapsulated wood stringers, floors and frames built in place after the hull is molded. This construction method allows for bulkheads to be bonded to the hull sides, deck and cabin and is a robust construction method more often used by custom builders.
This boat is a good example of her vintage.
Cast iron deep fin keel. Wheel steering to spade hung rudder. Anodised aluminium toe rails. Stainless steel stanchions, pulpit and pushpit quarters. Walk through transom gate to bathing platform. Recent antifoul and new anodes October 2013

Broker's Comments

This is a great example of a Jeanneau 36.2 Sun Odyssey. The use of space is fantastic with 4 cabins in all but not at the expense of the feeling of space in each cabin. The interior is lovely and bright too. This is all complimented by a roomy cockpit with a great helm position. This boat is ideal for a family or sociable couples. She is a very sturdy contruction so you will feel safe too, whether on a short trip or a Channel hop for a holiday.
