Asda superstore, bars, restaurants, take-aways all a stone's throw away and a regular bus service into town, if you don't fancy a 40 minute brisk walk along the beach promenade to get there!
She has saloon bi-fold doors that open onto a large verandah that overlooks the marina, that contains two large storage compartments.
A fully fitted kitchen with granite work tops awaits, with pop-up electric sockets and a full sized wet room with an electrically flushed loo that discharges into special equipment that turns all waste into drinking quality water - no sewage bills!
In the kitchen are a hot tap, combination microwave oven, 4 ring induction hob, and full sized fridge and freezer.
The 2 berths benefit from an opening porthole window each, double wardrobes and storage drawers and the wet room is of a great size with a heated towel rail.
There is underfloor heating to the main areas, custom fitted blinds throughout and a feature lit glass floor!
She could be a great weekend London getaway, with really easy bus and train links straight into London Victoria or London Bridge, plus buses into Brighton every few minutes and all of the amenities, bars and restaurants on your doorstep in Brighton!
