<title>Stenson Narrowboat De-Luxe Little Gem Reverse Layout REF#351130</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 46 extra photos of this Stenson Narrowboat De-Luxe Little Gem Reverse Layout. This is a lovely example of a relatively rare Bunbury Little Gem De-luxe, built by Stenson in Derbyshire.

She will come with a new Boat Safety to June 2030.

She is reverse layout, but the bow can convert to an L-shaped lounge, and the saloon can convert to a double. So accommodation for 4. The saloon has a very nice diesel stove and the bedroom has an electric radiator.

Decent-sized shower and heads with a washbasin are midships.

Good galley, equipped as needed.

Recent double-glazed windows and steel doors have made her a secure boat.

The engine is a Shire (Yanmar) 30hp.

This is a great, compact boat for weekend getaways, long-term cruising, or even live-aboard use. Her turning circle is the envy of the waterways as she can turn in the width of most canals!

Whilst she is much loved, the Owner is aware that she needs a little bit of external TLC.

The mooring, at a private marina close to Leeds, may well be available by separate negotiation.

These boat details are subject to contract.

		<title>Barge 21m steel barge REF#351111</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 110 extra photos of this Barge 21m steel barge .Boatshed Norfolk are pleased to off this 1995 21m steel houseboat project to the market. she has been started and fitted to a good standard as can be seen from the pictures. She has has the entire interior removed back to the steel and new wood battens, wiring, plumbing, double glazed windows and doors and new wood floors and wall linings all fitted. the galley of fitted as is the palatial heads and large shower compartment. The quality of the workmanship and installation appears to be very good. She has two sleeping cabin. Both doubles. One forward and the huge master cabin aft. The large saloon is all oak finished and has a solid fuel stove fitted and sofa and an amazing double glazed bespoke skylight over letting in tons of light. Blinds are fitted to blank this off of and when required. all the windows are double glazed units. The oak galley is spacious and well fitted quality work and the new looking cooker and sink finish this space. There is a a small cabin / pantry behind the galley with work top and fridge and this too is fully wood lined. The heads is very large and well fitted with toiler vanity basin and large shower all in while. following aft down the portside companionway steps lead up to the large wheelhouse. This can folds down section at a time in its current form but you may wish to have these panel all welded to form a permanent structure. finally aft is the huge rear master cabin which is all lined out and currently used as a store for the parts and equipment that come with he vessel to help finish her. parts include new anodes, hull paint, 10 kw wet type diesel heater unit and much more. The boat has no 12v system fitted at the moment but does have full 240v throughout. The Foden diesel engine I am told does run but ill need to be reconnected and controls fitted as she was registered as a house boat and the mother had to be disconnected . It all looks to be there so should just be a reconnection and commissioning job but you should see to have this formally looked at by a qualified engineer. This is a great opportunity to obtain a huge floating home as its and finish her off to your own standard. or recommission her and make her an amazing touring home. She has a current boat safety certificate to august 2027 and is out of the water at this time.
The owner has now moved to France so the boat is being sold as a finishing project at a very reasonable price for a vessel this size

<description>Register with Boatshed to see 89 extra photos of this Princess 35 .A more comfortable and wide beamed boat I have yet to find! The vendors have lived on this beautiful example of this rare type of narrow boat for ten years during which time they have maintained it fully.
The engine has only 500 hours of use but has been constantly maintained!
There is no sign of any water ingress whatsoever.
Another feature is the heating stove which connects two radiators and is diesel powered!
The external paintwork has been kept up to date continuously and has only just been completed, above water line, since March 2026.The lower hull was planned to be repainted later this year.

		<title>Narrowboat 47ft with Residential London Mooring REF#350561</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 40 extra photos of this Narrowboat 47ft with Residential London Mooring.Boatshed London are delighted to offer this very well presented 47ft Narrowboat for sale with residential mooring at Three Mills Moorings, Bow E3.

Probably the most affordable moorings in London, boats rarely come available here and this 1977 boat is offered in excellent condition having received numerous recent upgrades.

This charming boat has evidently been well looked after as, despite her age, her lines are clean and sharp. Having been blacked in March 2025, the current owners also have a hull survey from the same time.

The boat had an interior refit in 2022 and a new BSS issued until 2027. It is functionally laid out with entry via the well-deck, into the saloon and galley, where there is a new gas hob and 2x 240v fridges. Further down, the wet room bathroom is fitted with a shower and porta potti. The cabin has a full sized double bed with storage underneath, and a clothing rail.

The mooring is a 5-minute walk to the transport network at Bromley by Bow tube (District/Hammersmith &amp; City lines), as well as Pudding Mill Lane (DLR) and close Stratford Westfield and the Olympic Park.

Boats benefit from being moored bow to stern as opposed to side by side meaning more privacy, as well as light and views from each boat.

The safe and secure mooring is located within a picturesque heritage area adjacent to Three Mills Green park which gives residents a large, green open space right on their doorstep. Once the ‘Sugar House Island’ development is complete, it will enhance the value of Three Mills with a new private community garden for residents, as well as restaurants and shops.

Residents have access to laundry facilities, storage sheds, a BBQ area, cycle storage and a car park. Current mooring fees are £620pcm which is one of the lowest you&#039;ll find in London. There is a 5% + VAT mooring transfer fee payable by the buyer.

Access to the engine space is via the steering deck, and is surprisingly large, making working on the engine much easier than many narrowboats.

Previously, she has had a replacement baseplate and double-plates welded along the waterline. As is to be expected with a boat of this age, regular blacking, and hull inspection is important.

		<title>Narrowboat 57ft Cruiser Stern REF#350446</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 60 extra photos of this Narrowboat 57ft Cruiser Stern .This charming narrowboat offers a great opportunity to purchase a vessel with a unique design. Inspired by the artist Fernando Iturbide, the exterior of the boat is decorated in the style of his paintings.

Built in 2006 by Liverpool Boats, the vessel has a great layout below, freely flowing from the galley, to the saloon, through the bathroom and into the sleeping cabin at the bow. There is great headroom throughout the boat and a good level of storage, with draws under bed, and a closet in the main cabin. The bed also extends to create greater width.

Heating is via a number of options; the solid fuel stove is capabable of heating the whole boat, but there is also an Alde boiler powering radiators down the port-hand side, which runs on both gas and electricity.

The walk-through bathroom has a hip-bath as well as a shower and there is a separate electric flushing loo going to a holding tank.

Although the current mooring is not available, there are spaces at this location (very close to Broadway Market, E6) and CRT may well allow the boat to stay should the new buyer wish. The boat has been moored at this location since 2018.

The boat was last out of the water for blacking in December 2020.

BSS expires in February 2030.

		<title>Narrowboat 70ft Cruiser Stern REF#347767</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 39 extra photos of this Narrowboat 70ft Cruiser Stern. This more unusual 9&#039; 10&amp;quot; beam and extended foredeck, make this vessel an ideal liveaboard with extra space compared to a standard narrowboat. It has previously been wheelchair accessible, and it would be straightforward to reinstate this access.

The interior has been well appointed with modern improvements to bathroom in particular. Benefitting from two cabins, the second cabin could function as either a sleeping cabin, work space or simply as extra storage.

The galley features a range cooker, which also serves as the heating stove, fitted with a back-boiler connected to radiators distributed throughout the boat.

A gas boiler provides instant hot water on demand. The vessel is well equipped with a solar array, large battery bank and a portable generator.

The boat was last out of the water in 2024 for blacking and anodes. BSS expires 2029.

Please note that the headroom in this boat is average (1.82m) - not a problem for most people but if you are over 6ft, it might not be the boat for you!

		<title>Narrow Boat Stowe Hill 50 Narrowboat REF#347442</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 74 extra photos of this Narrow Boat Stowe Hill 50 Narrowboat .This 50ft Stowe Hill narrowboat, built in 1986 by the respected Stowe Hill Marine, presents as a solid, straightforward craft with a good deal of potential.

Stowe Hill boats from this era are well-regarded for their quality steelwork, traditional styling, and robust fit-outs, and this example appears no exception in terms of structure and engineering.

Internally, the vessel is part-way through a cosmetic refresh. It is not a project in the structural or mechanical sense - rather, it would simply benefit from a thorough redecoration to bring the accommodation up to a more contemporary standard. The existing layout is perfectly usable as is, central shower room, galley, a forward cabin (with double bed) and stove. However, the boat offers an excellent opportunity for a buyer looking to personalise the interior without undertaking major works.

Externally, the boat would also benefit from a full repaint, which would greatly enhance its overall presentation. Believed to be blacked in 2024 a fresh coat of paint would complete the rejuvenation.

The forward cabin currently serves as a bedroom, but I can see real merit in reconfiguring this into an additional lounge or day space. Installing a sofa bed in place of the fixed berth would open up a comfortable seating area centred around the multi fuel stove, making a very cosy front saloon.

The BMC 1800 diesel engine is a well-known, reliable workhorse and is widely regarded for its simplicity and ease of maintenance. Although hours are unrecorded, the installation appears conventional and tidy.

Tank sizes are estimated based on comparable Stowe Hill vessels of the period, with fuel capacity likely in the region of ~ 200L and water capacity approximately ~500–700L.

Overall, this is a sensibly priced, well-built narrowboat that offers a solid platform for a buyer wanting something immediately usable but with clear scope for improving and personalising the space.

A great opportunity to acquire a reputable make with good bones at a competitive entry level price.
