She has has the entire interior removed back to the steel and new wood battens, wiring, plumbing, double glazed windows and doors and new wood floors and wall linings all fitted. the galley of fitted as is the palatial heads and large shower compartment. The quality of the workmanship and installation appears to be very good. She has two sleeping cabin. Both doubles. One forward and the huge master cabin aft. The large saloon is all oak finished and has a solid fuel stove fitted and sofa and an amazing double glazed bespoke skylight over letting in tons of light. The boat has no 12v system fitted at the moment but does have full 240v throughout. The Foden diesel engine I am told does run but ill need to be reconnected and controls fitted as she was registered as a house boat and the mother had to be disconnected . It all looks to be there so should just be a reconnection and commissioning job but you should see to have this formally looked at by a qualified engineer.
