		<title>Freeman 22 REF#351114</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 128 extra photos of this Freeman 22 .Here we have a great starter boat for a couple or young family. Adventure awaits on the popular Freeman 22. With a current boat safety certificate that&#039;s just been issued and her broads toll paid to March 2027. This boat has a lot to offer freeman enthusiasts or first time boaters alike. She is all typical freeman with a an aft cockpit with rear bench seating and helm seat. Watemota petrol engine that appears to start and run very nicely. Her saloon converts to a small double and the forward twin cabin give flexible sleeping arrangement. Her heads has a pump action toilet fitted and the loo door can separate the cabins. The wood work is generally all ok and her galley offers plenty of storage and a gas oven, two burner hob and grill.
She has recently had some electrical work carried out and she has a solar panel charging system and also shore power systems fitted. She appears to be in generally good condition with just some cleaning of the seat coverings and general tidying up to my eye. on cushion cover is quite marked by water ingress from the window above which has just been professionally fixed so that leak has now been dealt with. Overall this is a nice little boat with lots of fun to give the first time boater.
She was last serviced and antifouled in April 25. New cover also included

Her mooring on the southern broads may also be available to the new owner

		<title>Barge 21m steel barge REF#351111</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 110 extra photos of this Barge 21m steel barge .Boatshed Norfolk are pleased to off this 1995 21m steel houseboat project to the market. she has been started and fitted to a good standard as can be seen from the pictures. She has has the entire interior removed back to the steel and new wood battens, wiring, plumbing, double glazed windows and doors and new wood floors and wall linings all fitted. the galley of fitted as is the palatial heads and large shower compartment. The quality of the workmanship and installation appears to be very good. She has two sleeping cabin. Both doubles. One forward and the huge master cabin aft. The large saloon is all oak finished and has a solid fuel stove fitted and sofa and an amazing double glazed bespoke skylight over letting in tons of light. Blinds are fitted to blank this off of and when required. all the windows are double glazed units. The oak galley is spacious and well fitted quality work and the new looking cooker and sink finish this space. There is a a small cabin / pantry behind the galley with work top and fridge and this too is fully wood lined. The heads is very large and well fitted with toiler vanity basin and large shower all in while. following aft down the portside companionway steps lead up to the large wheelhouse. This can folds down section at a time in its current form but you may wish to have these panel all welded to form a permanent structure. finally aft is the huge rear master cabin which is all lined out and currently used as a store for the parts and equipment that come with he vessel to help finish her. parts include new anodes, hull paint, 10 kw wet type diesel heater unit and much more. The boat has no 12v system fitted at the moment but does have full 240v throughout. The Foden diesel engine I am told does run but ill need to be reconnected and controls fitted as she was registered as a house boat and the mother had to be disconnected . It all looks to be there so should just be a reconnection and commissioning job but you should see to have this formally looked at by a qualified engineer. This is a great opportunity to obtain a huge floating home as its and finish her off to your own standard. or recommission her and make her an amazing touring home. She has a current boat safety certificate to august 2027 and is out of the water at this time.
The owner has now moved to France so the boat is being sold as a finishing project at a very reasonable price for a vessel this size

Fairline holidays are fantastic little boats that feel far bigger that they are due to wonderful design and layout. I had one for many years and loved my time with these capable well handling little boats.
The aft cockpit is spacious and the ports side helm offers clear viewing all around. With the canopy down they are quite sporty in appearance and they feel it too. Her upholstery appears to be all good. Her galley portable gas cartridge hobs both a single and a twin unit as the gas system has been disconnected. Her saloon is all clean and tidy with infill&#039;s present. She can sleep 4 in a twin saloon that converts to a double and also has two full length side single under the cockpit sole. Her Lister Petter diesel appears to start and run as it should and she has been serviced for this season. She was last antifouled in 2026. Her broads toll for this year is paid and she has a valid Boats safety certificate to 2029. Her mooring may also be available to the new owner by agreement with the marina.

		<title>Sealine S28 REF#351007</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 118 extra photos of this Sealine S28 .Boatshed Norfolk (boatshed.com) are pleased to offer this very clean and tidy example of the Sealine S28 sports cruiser.
She is very well presented and realistically priced and appears to be in very good order inside and out.
She is powered by a well starting Mercruiser D Tronic 250hp Diesel engine which is smooth and quiet. The engine was last serviced in March 2026 and she was also antifouled then too.
She is pretty much as sealine made her and does not appear to have been molested in anyway. Her upholstery is all original and looks to be in very good order for her age with just a couple of small cracks in the cockpit seats but these are very minor and easily lived with or rectified.
Her gelcoat also appears to be in good order inside and out. She has a good sweep of navigation instrument as she has been used coastal at times so have VHF, plotter, radar (not currently fitted but with the boat) speed and depth system so can venture out to sea if required. Her Mercruiser engine started readily and ran very smoothly indeed and will provide spirited performance over a river cruiser and yet remain economical to run at at any speed. Her interior is all in very good order throughout and she is clean and dry. She has a the standard fitted galley with lovely glowing polished woodwork throughout then boat and a large forward cabin with large seating and dining area that converts to a large double when required. The aft undersole cabin is sperate by its own companionway door and is also jack and jill linked to the good size heads and shower compartment. The rear cabin offers a full double berth and good head room and locker space and feel very airy. Diesel warm air heating ensures she can be used all year round. She has a large anchor locker to take all your ropes and fenders which also houses the concealed electric anchor winch with deck foot switches. Her 4 batteries were replaced in 2024 and her holding tank fitted in 2023.
Her broads toll is paid and her Boat safety certificate runs to August 2028 and her mooring may be available to the new owner. The light bar on the radar arch can also be removed to gain a further 75mm clearance. This is a very tidy example of these popular and capable sports cruisers that will definitely please her new owner and offer easy river cruising and occasional coastal fun too

		<title>Seamaster 813 REF#350542</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 79 extra photos of this Seamaster 813 .This Seamaster 813 diesel has not been used for a while and the owner has lost interest in the boat and is selling her off cheaply for a quick sale. The is all there and to my eye just needs a very good clean up and de-clutter. she is a standard Seamaster 813 with a BMC 1.8 diesel engine that appears to start and run as it should. She has a convertible saloon that will make into a double berth and a galley to starboard with Flavell oven hob and grill, sink and drainer and plenty of storage and a good size fridge.
moving forward there is a midships full with heads and shower area that you pass through to get to the froward double / vee berth. Sliding doors isolate the midships heads and shower from saloon and forward cabin actually making this a larger than expected ablution space.
upholstery all seem to be in good order inside and out and her floors are tidy and serviceable. She is presented in gelcoat but as can be seen needs a very good clean over externally. Her canopy is serviceable but may need replacing in a couple of years. Her boat safety certificate runs to June 2027 and she has recently been serviced. She was last antifouled in 2024. Her price is very keen and reflects that she needs a good clean and a quick sale.

Her mooring may also be available by agreement with the marina in Loddon

This boat represents aa very good opportunity to obtain a spacious diesel cruiser at a keen price in return for just cleaning her up

<title>Hampton Safari Mk1V Sedan Rare Mk4 one of only 3 made and only 2 remaining REF#350520</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 75 extra photos of this Hampton Safari Mk1V Sedan Rare Mk4 one of only 3 made and only 2 remaining. Here is a very rare and beautiful Hampton Safari 25 MK4. Only 3 of these rare boats were ever made, and this is one of the two that remain.

They are a wonderful little boat that have a huge amount to offer, and this example is very well presented and has most of her original features which makes her very special indeed.

She has been thoughtfully updated in the right places by her owners with Webasto diesel warm air heating, shore power, battery charger, two gas bottles, solar panels, new cooker and a quality fridge etc and she appears to have been kept very well by all her owners, who have obviously lavished a love and attention to detail that clearly shows everywhere you look. She is a very charming and wonderful place to be and spend time afloat in comfort.

The boat feels far bigger than she is with a good sized offset double front cabin with dresser and wardrobe. Separate heads and large shower compartments give extra flexibility that will be appreciated on a boat of this size. Stepping up to the main saloon you find a large open plan saloon and large galley to starboard that has excellent space and facilities with gas cooker, fridge and plenty of storage and work space all offering great views out of the large windows. The main saloon to port is spacious and comfortable and does convert to a double.

The helm station is to port with original instruments and all appears to be in excellent order. Aft there is a large covered cockpit with twin seating benches with upholstered seating cushions (stored in the shower when I viewed the boat), under which reside the immaculate looking and very well running engine. The gas locker and battery storage areas are beneath the other bench locker so all very neat and tidy and an excellent use of the space. This aft cockpit has a full height canopy that means you can use the space all year round, and in summer is a marvelous outside space to relax and watch the world.
Her Boat Safety Certificate runs to May 2030 and her Broads toll is paid to March 2027.

This is a very rare and special vessel that is presented in very good and original order and offers just the right blend of modern facilities yet retains her wonderful classic heritage.
She has had recent injector pump fitted and is serviced

		<title>Bruce Roberts 45 REF#350476</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 169 extra photos of this Bruce Roberts 45 .Boatshed Norfolk are please to offer this amazing Bruce Roberts wave runner 45 Steel cruiser. This is an unusual boat in that Its build was started new in 1984 by Brian Chater and a steel and pipe company to be an offshore charter fishing vessel in north west England. Bruce Roberts steel boat designs are effectively steel kit self build vessels. Once complete the builder changed directions and the boat was sold new to the current owner who moved it to the broads by truck and placed it on his mooring. There it has stayed to this day and has been used as a liveaboard until his passing recently. The boat has not moved in that time but has been regularly run up and shows 1600 hours of engine time in that 40 years but actually never left the dock. When built the boat had a large generator also fitted that never had the electrical side connected up and that too has been run up from time to time but is effectively zero house use. In effect its an unused well built vessel that has engine time but never left the dock and was used as a home.
The boat is vast and would make a great cruiser or even more impressive and roomy liveaboard home. She is impressively wide and this is evident from anywhere you are on or in the vessel. the space is just amazing and the layout is comfortable and flexible with a good size double in the bow with its own vanity and basin plus ample storage, large heads and shower compartment to port, single cabin to port and a large galley down arrangement with full size fridge freezer electric hob, oven grill and microwave and loads of storage. Stepping up to the enormous saloon with integrated lower helm station lots of storage cupboards and fantastic visibility from the large windows. Out aft is a huge aft cockpit that is all teak laid with both side and stern access, and access ladder the capacious flybridge. The boat has to be seen to be appreciated in its true scale . Under the floor are twin Iveco diesel engines rated at 180hp each and they appear to start and run effortlessly. The bilge is clean and dry. It is to be advised that as these engines have only been doc run they should be serviced and have the rubber hoses replaced before use as rubber does deteriorate over time. The boat should be checked and perhaps some minor recommissioning work completed such as the engine service and hoses and generator connected up to the vessel if required to be used on rivers or sea etc as she has just been a dwelling in her time from build. Given all that that she is realistically offered as a light recommissioning vessel that is exceptionally well built, very well equipped and appears to be in very good order. She has no gas system aboard and was bult as all electric thus the large 7.8kva fitted generator. The company that built her specialized in stainless steel fabrication and I can honestly say I have never seen such high quality tanks and calorifier ever fitted to a boat! the scale and workmanship appears to be first rate and of ultra heavy duty construction. The hot water tank is huge for a boat! She is also fitted with 2 reverse cycle Cruise air air conditioning / heating units that will also need to be recommissioned and put into service as it is likely to need to be re gassed as they have never been used since the boat was built. This is an exceptional opportunity to acquire a well built and specified vessel and is effetely lightly used and fully equipped example of these respected steel vessels. Her asking price reflects the recommissioning work that may be required.
I would estimate that it should cost no more that a couple of £K to recommission her to a fully serviceable condition, however a surveyor will be able to help quantify this more accurately. She would make a magnificent cruising boat or home at that point.
She has no BSC as she has been a liveaboard houseboat.
She was last out of the water and antifouled and new anodes fitted in 2022.

She has a large bathing platform (currently not fitted) and stainless steel davits and a full Bimini canopy for up on the flybridge.
Her teak work is substantial and her side decks are enormous with a solid and well built set of full side rails and bow rails. make no mistake this boat was built very solidly for the charter market and it shows everywhere you look.
Diesel warm air heating completes the package of this fine vessel

She would make a great charter fishing boat or dive boat as well as a cruiser or floating home and is a rare opportunity to find such a well specified example

These boat details are subject to contract.

		<title>Spirit 28 REF#350470</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 88 extra photos of this Spirit 28 .I am very pleased to be able to offer a very tidy, capable and rare Spirit 28 Sports Cruiser presented in very nice condition.

This spacious and attractive boat offers a huge amount of space and practicality in a stylish 28 foot length. These are rare boats with just a scant handful ever built and are a very similar layout to the ever popular Falcon 27 with just more space and rarity.

This particular boat has been lovingly cared for by her owner who has spent a lot of money ensuring she is mechanically right with a local Mercruiser specialist. She has a current BSS and Broads licence.

The very spacious accommodation, both inside and out, is quite remarkable and would not be out of place on a larger boat. Her large alfresco cockpit has sumptuous seating for at least 8 people. The interior space is just as impressive with nice wrap-around saloon seating which converts to a comfy double berth.

A good sized aft double cabin is a nice feature too. She also boasts a well appointed heads and shower compartment which completes this lovely boat. With her warm air heating she is equipped for all year cruising. She had a recent Bailey and Stone canopy 2 years ago.

The looks and rare nature of this boat turn heads wherever she goes and the accommodation will be sure to please every time you step aboard and enjoy her bright interior space.
