The boat has no 12v system fitted at the moment but does have full 240v throughout. The Foden diesel engine I am told does run but ill need to be reconnected and controls fitted as she was registered as a house boat and the mother had to be disconnected . It all looks to be there so should just be a reconnection and commissioning job but you should see to have this formally looked at by a qualified engineer.
