		<title>Hunter Pilot 27 REF#351171</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 73 extra photos of this Hunter Pilot 27 .This is quite a tidy Hunter Pilot 27. She has been clearly well maintained and cared for. New recent ownership has seen all of her big ticket items replaced - standing rigging, new sails and new windows 2026. The Pack-away sail cover is 2026.
The Spray Hood was washed, stitched, re-proofed and given new windows this year.
She also boasts an electric windlass, cabin heating and hot water.
With the inside helm position as well as the cockpit tiller steering she offers so much opportunity to sail in the Solent&#039;s unpredictable climate and allowing you to lengthen the season at both ends. Oh and don&#039;t forget her shallow bilge keel you can creep into so many more bays.

Owner note:
She was finished by the FACTORY at the same time fitting the whole list of extras.
Some people would be intrigued, as I was, that she was built for one of the families owning the Hunter company.

The legendary Camper &amp; Nicholson 35 needs little introduction. Renowned for her capable sailing performance, elegant lines, and enduring seaworthiness, this iconic 1970s cruiser remains one of the most respected yachts of her era.

In the same ownership for over 27 years, she has been sailed across the Atlantic, cruised extensively throughout the Mediterranean, and explored much of the UK coastline. During our sea trial and photography session, it was immediately apparent why the Nicholson 35 has earned such a loyal following. <title>Beneteau Oceanis 281 REF#351056</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 76 extra photos of this Beneteau Oceanis 281 .This is a nice example of the very popular Oceanis 281 that appears to have been well maintained. There is a little bit of teak damage to the cockpit seating which had the owner been going to keep the boat, he would have replaced with Tec-Dek.
A modern yacht that could sleep six at a pinch but perfectly suited to a couple with a junior crew. Light and airy below, wide side decks and an uncluttered foredeck topside, she should be comfortable for coastal and cross channel work in reasonable conditions. These yachts have a reputation for being fun to sail, are easily handled and quick and nimble. What more could one ask?

		<title>Moody 376 REF#351034</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 133 extra photos of this Moody 376 .The Moody 376 is widely regarded as one of Bill Dixon&#039;s finest cruising designs and remains a highly sought-after yacht thanks to her combination of comfortable accommodation, capable sailing performance and robust build quality. This 1989 example has clearly benefited from substantial investment by her owners, with much of the expensive and often overlooked maintenance work already completed, making her an attractive proposition for anyone looking for a proven cruising yacht.
The headline feature is undoubtedly the installation of a new Vetus 42hp diesel engine in 2021, which has seen very little use since fitting. In addition, the standing rigging was renewed in 2018, mast wiring replaced, a new fuel tank and fuel lines installed, and the engine service completed in November 2025. Further attention has been paid to safety and reliability with a new engine-room fire extinguisher, inspection of the keel bolts, and replacement of seacocks where necessary.
Below decks, the Moody offers the spacious and practical layout for which the model is so well known. The three-cabin arrangement provides comfortable accommodation for up to six people, making her equally suitable for family cruising or longer stays aboard. The saloon feels bright and welcoming, while the galley is well equipped and has benefited from an overhaul of the gas system and stove installation. Two heads compartments, hot and cold pressurised water and generous storage throughout help make life afloat comfortable and practical.
On deck, she is set up for relaxed cruising with in-mast furling, furling headsail, sprayhood, bimini and sun awning providing plenty of comfort underway and at anchor. The cockpit is spacious and secure, whilst the inventory includes a Rocna and Danforth anchor, Avon inflatable dinghy and Honda outboard. Safety equipment is comprehensive, including a liferaft serviced in autumn 2025, lifejackets, harnesses, danbuoy, emergency steering and LPG detection.
Overall, this appears to be a particularly well-maintained Moody 376 that benefits from significant recent upgrades in all the right areas. With a modern engine, renewed rigging and numerous important maintenance items already addressed, she offers a great opportunity to acquire a highly respected cruising yacht that is ready for her next adventure. This Moody 376 has been personally photographed and viewed by Ian Sawkins of Boatshed Scotland.</description>

		<title>Jeanneau Tonic 23 REF#351012</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 113 extra photos of this Jeanneau Tonic 23 .This tonic 23 from 1990 has been extensively upgraded and re fitted over its life to a very high standard by her previous and her current owner. She has spare sail sets and all sails are advised as being in good condition. She has been recently fitted with a fully electric E-Propulsion power plant drive system in place of the standard outboard, which is a 48V 3kw lithium power system that can be charged by shore power or by solar panels giving great flexibility and clean tidy and quiet environmentally sound propulsion system that can give about 6 hours of use in calm water. rated at 6hp. Gas heating is fitted to the boat however it should ne noted the current owner has disconnected the gas system and removed the gas bottles as he prefers to not have gas aboard, however the system is still all in place and can be reconnected simply should the new owner require. As part of this the Gas cooker has been removed and the pipe is not currently capped off as there is no gas bottle to worry about so this would also need to be reconnected or capped off if reinstating the gas system. She has a pumped cold water system, stereo, nav instruments and is extremely well presented and tidy.
She has been regularly wintered ashore and was last antifouled this April.

She also has a lifting keel

She is likely to be one of the nicest examples of her type on the market and will be unique with her electric propulsion system and is offered with a good road trailer and stepping mast so is fully equipped. This represents an excellent and complete trailer sailor package that also offers excellent and quality accommodation for 4.
