Broker's Comments
Stop Press:-
Following a recent survey it has become evident that there is damage to the keel roots with associated flexing of the hull in that area. Due to circumstance the present owner has neither the will or inclination to have her repaired himself so she is now offered at a greatly reduced value to her previous asking price - around half price in fact - in order someone may repair her and acquire a valuable boat at bargain basement prices.
This vessel has already undergone a substantial refurbishment over the last six years at considerable cost to the vendor.
Safe, as the design is claimed to be unsinkable, and with well proven sailing ability the 34 is arguably the finest of the Sadler stable and this one is especially desirable being the versatile and sought after bilge keel version. Reasonably well equipped she can be yours for a fraction of what these usually cost.
These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
