Broker's Comments
A mark IIA Twister 28. built in late 70's and launched in 1981. She has been widely sailed in North Atlantic and N.Sea. She is rigged for short handed sailing (Cape Horn windvane) and has recently benefitted from a new engine, sterngear and headsail. In good order and fully maintained, the hull is copper coated and topsides recently painted.
Sailed extensively and competed successfully in Cowes classic races and round the island always finishing prominently. Featured prominently in Yachting Monthly Sept 2017 article for 'man overboard' exercise. She has been lovingly maintained and sailed by her now elderly owner. Her british racing green hull looks to be in great condition and the overall feeling of her is that of love and care.
