Broker's Comments

This Westerly Warwick is definitely a project but one that looks worse than it probably is!
OK so the boat has not been used for some time and the exterior looks pretty rough but underneath all the grime there is a decent and cheap small cruiser. They sleep 4 and have 5ft 10" standing headroom. The Yanmar inboard diesel engine was new in 2004, the hull was copper coated in 2011, the head linings were redone in 2006; so it has had some attention but now needs some more.
If the new owner is willing to put in the effort this little cruiser could turn out to be a real bargain.
It also includes a swinging mooring on the River Crouch that is paid up to 31st March 2016.
