FIFE YACHTS REGATTA 30 June - 5th July 2013.

The beautiful William Fife yachts are returning to the Clyde this year.
These classic craft were designed by the Fife family based in Fairlie and many were built on the beach as they were too large for the sheds. They were designed between 1890 and 1939 and many have been lovingly restored and their owners move them around the world to participate in Classic Yacht Regattas. Please see www.fiferegatta.com .

Follow the action during the races by chartering Katherine, a fully equipped skippered and crewed 53 ft sailing yacht based in Largs, to follow the fleet as they make there way around the Firth of Clyde.
Whether you are wanting to entertain clients, reward or motivate your staff or to spend quality time with friends and family, a day on Katherine will be unforgettable.

A typical day sail would start with coffee on board in the marina followed by a skippers briefing.

Once out of the marina, we will set sail for the scenic Kyles of Bute or Arran, with those who want to, feeling the thrill of steering a 53ft yacht under sail, under the watchful eye of our experienced skipper and crew, John and Hilary Connelly.

We will anchor for a gourmet lunch with wine which will be followed by trips in our 40 knot jet rib. We will sail back to Largs returning around 17.30.

Katherine can accommodate up to 8 guests at a price of £1600+vat/ day for the yacht charter. This includes all food and drinks with waterproof clothing provided as necessary.
