Tony and Amina Cleal have come down to Boatshed Plymouth from the Solent area to give Josh Flavell a hand with this busy Devon Yacht brokerage. Tony and Amina are no strangers to the Boatshed system, Amina works for Boatshed HQ and will continue with this from the Boatshed Plymouth office as well as assisting Josh and Tony with the administration side of buying and selling used boats.

The couple sailed into Plymouth aboard their Sigma 33 with her formidable captain, the couples lazy lurcher Sea dog Kedge. But they aren’t just sailing boat enthusiasts; they actually met here in Plymouth aboard a power boat in Mayflower Marina!

Tony and Amina have cruised extensively on both motor and sailing boats around Europe and the UK whilst Tony also has the odd Atlantic crossing under his belt and a couple of seasons work in the Caribbean to add to his boating experience. Tony is an engineer by trade and as a nipper completed his apprenticeship at Proctor Masts, he’s also restored a couple of boats and built a kit car making him a pretty handy chap to have aboard.

With 3 people and 1 dog now working at Boatshed Plymouth they are very keen to hear from anyone with a boat to sell or from anyone interested in buying any of the boats currently for sale with Boatshed Plymouth. Despite the very detailed description and inventory and up to 65 photos of each boat listed we know everyone will always want to know more so please do get in touch with Josh, Tony or Amina.

Boatshed Plymouth serves the 3 main Plymouth marinas, Queen Anne’s Battery Marina (QAB), Mayflower Marina and Plymouth Yacht Haven Marina (Mountbatten) the Devon and Cornish sides of the Tamar and her tributaries including Weir Quay, Saltash, Torpoint, Millbrook, St Germans, the Cattewater and the river Yealm.
