This is an ideal opportunity to acquire an LM27 motor sailor.
She is now laid up for the winter, as can be seen from the pictures.
There have been numerous additions, including a new headsail 2019, the upholstery is in good condition and there is a new diesel heater which needs installing.
The boat certainly has the appearance of being quite solid, some of the woodwork would benefit from some cosmetic work. I was taken with the amount of space available, the saloon seating converts into two doubles, and the cockpit is large, benefitting from a cockpit tent.
