It's hard to believe there's a stunning view out to the Firth of Clyde looking at this picture but, when we woke this morning, the beast from the east had enveloped the west coast and our garden was knee deep in snow; very rare in this part of Scotland.

Whilst the team at Largs Yacht Haven worked furiously hard to clear the bridge, the sun suddenly came out and the marina looked very welcoming. For those of us who did manage to make it to the marina, the views were beautiful.

Harvey, of course, just loves this weather and running after snowballs was way more important to him than talk of summer and sailing.
