We are pleased to be presenting this fabulous and stylish motor catamaran. Ideal as a liveaboard or business opportunity. It has been designed with a contemporary feel and thoughtful use of outside and interior space, over three floors providing luxurious living, on the water.
The stylish internal accommodation has over 6ft headroom and plenty of storage throughout and has a spacious and light feel. The open saloon area has a stunning glass construction, with tri folding doors, panoramic views and an island table. The galley is thoughtfully designed and well equipped with an induction hob, fridge freezer and plenty of worktop space, twin sink and double oven and under worktop and cupboard LED strip lighting.
There is plenty of cupboard space, stylish wood style flooring throughout, roller blinds for total privacy and plenty of windows and skylights, providing plenty of light, alongwith LED lighting. The central heating system and insulation, assists in preventing condensation.
The gorgeous master suite has a full sized island bed, a full sized wardrobe, concealed lighting and wall mounted TV. The heads compromises of a full sized bath, large ceramic sink, shower screen and rainfall showerhead and electric toilet. With the addition of a twin berth in the hull on the lower deck and the third on the top deck.
Access to the wheelhouse is via port and starboard steps and the 360 views from the helm position, allow ease of maneuvering, along with the twin diesel engines and bow thrusters. The high side decks with high railings give a safe feel and protection in all weathers. There is a massive amount of deck space and storage lockers, a fully enclosed area on the stern and large swim platforms. The sundeck is a great place to spend time and also for entertaining, with plenty of seating and features a unique hatch, which doubles up as a table.
The current mooring in Essex, is also available and included for a year, with mains water.
