Broker's Comments
She has been priced to sell and requires some cosmetic Tlc , and represents excellent value. This is a good example of the Elan 40, characterised by their reputation for speed and sound sailing.
With a good compliment of equipment and a very pleasing layout below and wide side decks make for good access on board when moving around.
