2015: Saloon tops Sanded back to bare wood, fibre-glassed and repainted. New domestic battery, new anodes, anti-fouled. The decks are recovered in two-part oil. All exterior varnished wood has been sanded back and re-varnished.

Even a cursory glance reveals a quality of finish to be enjoyed by the discerning with an appreciation of fine craftsmanship. On closer inspection the attention to detail becomes obvious. She is a gem that stands out from all the rest. Unique and historic this boat could be in a museum. Carvel built on oak frames this ex-MOD harbour launch has been lovingly restored & maintained. The interior is spacious and very lovely. As you sit on the plush seating below and look around you know you are experiencing something special and unique.
Repurposed from her original MOD launch duties, she is well suited as a craft for family outings, fishing trips, or entertaining close friends. She could be a tender for a marina or a unique and classy committee boat for a yacht club.
