Broker's Comments
Boatshed presents a very fine example of this classic Bill Dixon designed Moddy 31 Mk II. She is a spacious and well appointed family cruiser. Her Airtronic heater, well equipped galley, and pressurised hot water systems all contribute to her comfort. She has been lovingly cared for as evidenced by the photos, although the owner admits her spray hood has seen some wear. She has a large complement of sails to provide safe and fast sailing in a wide range of conditions.
